Living cells are masters of compartmentalization. Whether it's stuffing DNA inside the nucleus or cramming energy-generating machinery into the rod-shape organelles called mitochondria, biology separates tasks into specialized compartments within cells to make it easier to do specific jobs without interference.
In this study, we set out to measure how a single protein travels through the nucleus and to determine whether its movement is controlled by subnuclear compartmentalization, in particular whether dense chromatin regions or the nucleolus restricts its access and/or mobility.
Yet they are part of a trend of depluralization, and steady polarization and compartmentalization, of Arab society, whether the populations in question are Christians, Kurds, Palestinians, Assyrians, Shiites, Sunnis or other distinct groups that increasingly live among their own rather than co-exist in mixed communities.
Further, to ask whether this compartmentalization of SpoIIE was sufficient to direct cell-specific activation of σF, we additionally induced synthesis of σF and its regulators SpoIIAA (the anti-anti σF factor substrate for the SpoIIE phosphatase) and SpoIIAB (the anti-σF factor) in a strain harboring a reporter for σF activity.
In the remaining nine women, BM viral populations were phylogenetically indistinguishable between the left and right breast, regardless of whether there was compartmentalization between PL and BM (data not shown).
Thus, we were interested in probing whether the differential compartmentalization at the NL also applies to additional histone modifications.
It is unclear whether the vesicular compartmentalization of HER2 is a consequence of enhanced receptor internalization or an inhibition of receptor recycling, but recent evidence points to the latter.
Further, to determine the best target for slowing neurodegeneration, clarity is needed about whether kinetics and compartmentalization within the cell (Jones & Go, 2010) position either NAD(P H or GSH upstream, in disequilibrium.
Next, we evaluated whether the observed differential compartmentalization of active histone modifications at the nuclear periphery is consistent with their genome-wide distributions relative to sLADs.
We used five different methods to determine whether or not there was compartmentalization between any two tissues; four of the methods were phylogenetic tree-based (SM, AI, r, and rb) (Figures 2 and 3) while one method (Snn) used a genetic distance-based approach, in which distances were derived from nucleotide alignments.
Thus, we next asked whether SAGA inactivation affected the compartmentalization of the nuclear envelope during anaphase.

Since I tried Ludwig back in 2017, I have been constantly using it in both editing and translation. Ever since, I suggest it to my translators at ProSciEditing.
