"comparison in favour" is a correct and usable phrase in written English.
It is typically used to compare two or more things and express a preference or advantage for one over the other. Example: "In the comparison in favour of electric cars, it was found that they have lower emissions and are more cost-effective in the long run compared to traditional gasoline vehicles."
However, retrospective BICR may necessitate informative censoring on local assessment of progression, which may bias the comparison in favour of control patients (Dodd et al, 2008).
