These difficulties may include computationally intensive analyses; in some cases the lack of appropriate reference genomes for comparison; difficulties in sample preparation, including matrix effects and biases introduced from extraction; as well as the need for sufficient depth and breadth of coverage to detect pathogens at potentially very low levels in a given sample.
Despite the comparison difficulties, we believe the perspective taken is useful for the description of mental health care provision across Europe and for future health policy planning in particular through raising awareness about the number, variety and overlap of different services involved in providing care to marginalised groups and the need for coordination [ 13].
The mean of the subjects trait was fixed to zero in the comparison of difficulty values between the original and reduced versions.
