In DM animals, ADCuh increased apparently in CO, OS and IS compared with controls (panels d and h).
Knocking-down EZH2 associated with a three-fold increase of PPARγ and reduction of H3K27me3 at the PPARG promoter as compared with control cells (Figure 4, panel F).
