"compare again" is a correct and usable phrase in written English.
It is typically used when one wants to compare two different elements, usually with the intent of making one's point more clear. For example: "The two models are very similar but let's compare again to make sure."
In such a case, it would be meaningful to compare again the driving behaviour on road and in driving simulator.
In Table 3 we compare again average and best solution values, as well as the average CPU times required, over five random runs, aggregated across all instances.
