These stakeholders were professionals working at temporary labour agencies, employment services, chambers of commerce, employers' organisations, workers' organisations, civil society migrants' organisations and civil servants on the local and national level.
And they have denied the workers' commerce to their communities, many of which have been resurrected by the immigrant's presence in recent years.
