Based on the research in the book I co-authored, The Inspiring Leader, (McGraw Hill 2009) I was not shocked to hear so many comments related to this topic, because most of the data indicate that no other leadership competency influences productivity and engagement more profoundly.
Biology majors' willingness to discuss evolution increased as a function of their academic level, from 44% among freshman to 64.8% among seniors (Fig. 5b); although 39.3% of freshman preferred not to comment on this topic, this view dropped to 18.9% among seniors.
Although 39% RWU and 23% PC freshmen preferred not to comment on this topic, this view dropped to 18% (r = 0.98, P = 0.015) and 17% (r = 0.61, P = 0.38) among seniors, respectively.

There was in our previous version of this manuscript some comments on this topic, which we have now reintroduced to take this question into account.
It is good to find an article commenting about this topic; these ratings have great influence on consumers, therefore, people taking advantage of this great opportunity should use it responsibly, and always measuring the consequences of his or her actions.
