To understand a possible role of JMJD3 in AML, we firstly explored the NCBI GEO database and also examined the primary bone marrow (BM) samples of 74 AML patients we collected (Supplementary Data 1) to determine whether an abnormal JMJD3 expression existed.
We used data and the standardized protocols of Alberta Biodiversity Monitoring Institute (ABMI) [ 37], and collected supplementary data at additional sites.
