In order to achieve innovation, a wide range of network partners can be used, such as colleagues, input industries, traders, researchers, extensionists, government officials, civil society organisations, etc. Managing and developing dynamic networks is an important requisite for entrepreneurial success (Gibb 1997).
Our colleagues' input and buy-in (acceptance of and willingness to actively support and participate) were considered essential steps in the process by which to ensure that each staff member agreed with the educational plan (7).
