In June 2009, the UNICEF Executive Board endorsed a new Strategic Framework for Partnerships and Collaborative Relationships to reflect an institutional shift in how the organization works with a range of different partners.
Strong overall knowledge and understanding of UNICEF programmes, UNICEF strategic framework for partnerships and collaborative relationships, financial and legal aspects of supply chain issues, ethics and risk management of supply chain operations.
