The analysis followed a process of open coding, category development, and thematic coding.
Comments containing content corresponding to a coding category, for example a suggestion, were coded yes for this category.
A panel of five train driving instructors with a minimum experience of ten years in driving trains reviewed the coding, category development, and thematic analysis of the data.
