Immunostainings of these hiPSC-CMs stained positive for IP3R with a strong subcellular distribution of the immunosignal around the nucleus (Figure 6A) in a similar manner to that observed in hESC-CMs [18], mouse ESC-CMs [26], and neonatal rat cardiomyocytes [28].
