After two to five years of improved soil management, SOC concentration in the upper 20 cm increased by on average 1.53 g kg−1 (12%) in the Phaeozems (Abruptic) and 1.42 g kg−1 (9%) in the Phaeozems (Pachic).
The linkage groups A3 (145.8 cM) and A6 (165.2 cM) increased by 10 cM compared to the map of Li et al. because of the addition of new EST markers.

Our data showed that the invertase activity after different years of remediation were higher than that of the control, and after 2 years, the activity was significantly different from the control (P < 0.05), and at soil depths of 0 20 cm and 20 40 cm the activity increased by 79.8 % and 118.6 %, respectively as compared with that of the control.
