MPPs give rise to lineage-restricted progenitors with minimal self-renewal and more restricted differentiation capacities, including common lymphoid progenitors (CLPs; LIN−c-KitloSca-1loCD34+CD127+), lymphoid-primed MPPs (LMPPs; LIN−c-Kit+Sca-1+CD34+Flt3+CD127+/−), and common myeloid progenitors (CMPs) [1].
Eight of them also have higher E cmps than the average of the E cmps (0.38).
Following this definition, for a total of 714 CMPs we found evidence in 143 CMPs (20%) that appropriate solutions have been proposed, and in 32 CMPs implemented (4.5%, Figure 2).
For a total of 714 CMPs we found evidence in 376 (53%) that they were recognised, in 90 CMPs (13%) that valid causes had also been identified, in 55 CMPs (7.7%) that also appropriate solutions had been proposed and in 13 CMPs (1.8%) that these solutions had been implemented.
Clonal assays were performed for all populations and functional readouts were 65% CMPs, 60% GMPs, 38% MEPs, and 45% LMPPs, in line with previous publications.
We currently analyzed whether focal ischemia also alters the association of lncRNAs with the CMPs Sin3A and coREST (corepressors of the RE-1 silencing transcription factor).
In summary, this is the first study to demonstrate significantly increased association between ischemia- induced lncRNAs with CMPs Sin3A and coREST.
CMPs are derived from c-Kit+Sca-1−Lin− cells and can be further divided based on their CD34 and CD16/CD32 expression into common myeloid progenitors (CMPs; CD34+CD16/CD32−), granulocyte-macrophage progenitors (GMPs; CD34+CD16/CD32+) and megakaryocyte-erythroid progenitors (MEPs; CD34−CD16/CD32−).
Problems in the treatment of near-miss complications contributed most to the total of 714 CMPs (35%, Table 7), with delayed treatment reported in 11%, necessary drugs not given in 5.5%, unnecessary drugs given in 3.9% and therapeutic procedures not carried out satisfactorily in 3.5% of CMPs.
These findings are consistent with expression of c-Mpl on CD34+ CMPs and CD34− MEPs [11].
