Spatial clustering of test-positive and test-negative herds in the national bulk milk survey was investigated using the spatial scan statistic (M. Kulldorff and Information Management Services, Inc. SaTScan™ version v9.1.1; http://www.satscan.org, 2011).
Hierarchical clustering of tested compounds was carried out based on their bioactivity profiles derived from the NCI-60 cell line screens, and several interesting clusters were identified.
Hierarchical clustering of tested samples (Fig. 5) demonstrates a distinct segregation of RPE samples (shown above the yellow line) from 14 other tested tissues, as revealed by the expression of 150 signature genes.
The evolving accuracy was calculated at every RCE-SVM loop as the mean accuracy of all 500 repetitions calculated at each loop using the feature clusters of test data available at the corresponding loop (Fig. 1).
To identify a quantitative modifier of a phenotype of interest, a cluster of test progeny is needed.
Looking at the murine MSTs as categorised for clinical isolate virulence by K-means and range test clustering of the test statistics, it seemed reasonable to consider that C. albicans clinical isolates classified as (very) virulent to wild-type flies, somewhat virulent, or (severely) attenuated, will give murine MSTs of around ≤13 days, ≥14 to ≤22 days and ≥23 days, respectively.

As a result, he faces clusters of tests in states across the country, starting early in March.
