Challenges measuring the membrane viscosity, adhesion to the substrate, and interactions with the fluid surrounding the membrane make direct determination of the clustered fractions from the changes in diffusion rates difficult.
Analysis of the clustered AE1 fraction revealed that AE1 was prevalently oxidized, cross-linked and phosphorylated.
The within-cluster fraction of disease co-occurrence ranged from 75%to100%0% (μ = 95.89%, σ = 8.66%) which provides empirical evidence of the interrelation of diseases clustered together by genetic information.
Likewise, expression of SOX2 is up-regulated in a proportion of β-catnc cells within the clusters, and in the array, Sox2 levels were 1.62-fold higher in the cluster fraction.
As shown in Figure 5, after clustering, the fraction of the conformer models with accuracy better than RMSD cluster decreased by no more than 12% in general, except for RMSD cluster = 1.6 Å (34%).
We found that the combined degree of the interacting proteins is a negative predictor of high scores, while clustering coefficient, fraction of common neighbors (jaccard), number of PMIDs, expression correlation and domain domain interactions are all positive predictors (Table 1).
The graphs of cluster fractions in the arrays versus h Ge are presented in Figure 9b.
In contrast, Fig. 6 shows that in our model the distribution of the fraction clustered increases significantly with density, indicating that a constant cluster/monomer ratio is not required to describe the immunoEM data in Fig. 2. Also shown in the Fig. 6 is the fraction clustered for the conventional clustering model without the long-range repulsion.
To clearly rule out the conventional clustering model as a suitable model, we tested whether assuming a constant fraction clustered (or equivalently, a constant cluster/monomer ratio) can explain the immunoEM data.
