CGIs located elsewhere contain much less CAGE tags than 5' CGIs, but, interestingly, some intragenic, 3' or intergenic CGIs contain clusters of CAGE tags with the number and the density of CAGE tags comparable with those found in CAGE clusters in 5' CGIs.
