All 43 analyzed clones showed alterations of the sORF1 coding sequence and all clones also showed changes at the 3' border of the RTBV landing site or the junction sequence.
GDF15 stable clones showed morphologic changes representative of transition to a mesenchymal phenotype (Fig. 3C).
Among the D. longispina clones, one of the two tested clones showed significant changes across time, and both clones showed a significant interaction effect (Table 2).
