The church concentrates much of its political activity on poverty, health care and education; but it also stoutly defends "the sanctity of life", fighting against euthanasia, abortion, the death penalty, cloning and, less aggressively than before, contraception.
For example, Aracruz Florestal in Brazil has a long history of continually improving productivity of eucalyptus owing to an imaginative and dedicated tree breeding programme so that regularly new clones are introduced and less productive ones discontinued (Campinhos and Ikemori, 1988).
First, we did not examine basal markers, namely, CK5/6 and EGFR, which are potential classifiers that differentiate TNBC into an aggressive basal clone and a less aggressive non-basal clone [ 40, 41].
True basal subtype in TNBC, which was defined as CK5/6 positive or EGFR positive, has shown poorer survival than CK5/6 and EGFR negative TNBC, which meant that TNBC could be divided into two subtypes: the aggressive clone and the less aggressive clone.
The majority of CD patient-derived intestinal T cell clones recognise α-gliadins, and less frequently γ-gliadins and glutenins [ 17- 20].
A previous study comparing the shuttling of libraries by conventional ligation-based techniques versus recombination-based techniques demonstrated several major advantages of the latter approach: simplified directional cloning, reductions of chimeric clones, less size bias, and improved cloning efficiency [ 18].
The longest contig was 3.2 Mb long; the average contig length, 300 kb; 40% of the contigs were made up of the assembly of more than 9 clones; 84% of the contigs contained between 3 and 24 clones, and 62 contigs contained less than the maximum number of Q-clones, 5%.
These sequences were filtered to remove poor quality sequences and any clones containing less than 25 bp of sequence, more than one insert, or regions of repetitive sequence (Table 1).
The expression levels in the cell lines were on average 11% of that in the patient sample and all clones expressed less DEK-NUP214 than the patient sample, thus reducing the risk of overexpression artifacts.
