The first is improved locational knowledge – where countries, climatic zones and vegetation belts are.
For representation of different geographic regions and climatic conditions, 15 countries from around the world were selected for investigation: Australia, Brazil, Chad, China, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Turkey, and the United States of America.
