'climate change litigation' is a correct and usable phrase in written English.
It is used to describe any legal action that is taken to address climate change, usually brought against companies or governments in order to require them to take responsibility for contributing to climate change. For example, "The environmental group filed a climate change litigation against the oil company in order to require them to reduce their carbon emissions."
