The appeals court said it would hear arguments in June for the climate case and would probably rule in the fall, during Obama's last months in the White House.
A Belgian group called Climate Case is preparing a similar class action suit against the Belgian government, "because we do not want to organize a farewell party for humanity," the group says on its website.
"We are doing this because we love our country, the Belgians and our children," one of the group's founders, Serge de Gheldere, says on the Climate Case website.
Competition from neighboring species can further restrict the ability of species to track a moving climate (Case and Taper 2000; discussed below), while any decrease in fecundity under novel non-optimum conditions can further limit the pool of propagules and the effective distance of dispersal.
The environment, including micro-climate cases, can be set to lenders' specification or programmed to match the permanent galleries.
Although there are incidences of dengue around the year in tropical climates, cases tend to spike during periods of high rainfall and high temperatures.
