However, the heterogeneity within home care clients with neurological conditions produced variation in the relationship of the caregiver to the client and prevalence of caregiver distress.
Studies in other settings have shown declines in client STI prevalence as a result of interventions directed towards FSWs [ 34, 35].
In India too, mounting evidence highlights the relevance of violence in understanding the reproductive health and HIV risks of sex workers -- low condom use with clients, high prevalence of STIs [ 9- 15, 15].
