Further reductions in [K+]o from 4 to 3 m m similarly led to further prolongation of mean epicardial APD70 and APD90 values to 37.2 ± 2.9 and 66.7 ± 2.1 ms respectively (n = 11) (Table 2, Fig. 3b,c: clear columns).
