The RNeasy® MinElute™ Cleanup kit was purchased from Qiagen (Germany).
PCR products were gel-purified using the Perfectprep Gel Cleanup kit (Eppendorf, GmbH, Germany).
Methylated DNA was then recovered by use of the MinElute reaction cleanup kit.
RNA was purified using the RNeasy MinElute Cleanup Kit (Qiagen) according to the manufacturer's instructions.
The PCR-sample was purified afterwards using the Qiagen PCR cleanup Kit.
This was followed by DNAse-1 (Qiagen) treatment followed by RNA cleanup using Qiagen RNA mini cleanup kit.
T3 message machine (Ambion) was used to produce capped mRNA which was purified using the RNeasy cleanup kit (Qiagen).

Total RNA was isolated from tissue samples with Triazol (Invitrogen), and then cleaned with RNeasy MinElute Cleanup Kit (Qiagen).
Total RNA was extracted using an RNeasy MinElute Cleanup Kit (Qiagen), including DNase I treatment following homogenization in Buffer RLT.
