Unfavorable Quarterback Matchups Brandon Weeden (CLE) vs. Baltimore – This isn't the black-hole matchup it used to be in years past, but Weeden was held without a touchdown in their first meeting this season, and with a healthy Richardson running well, the Browns may stick with a run-heavy approach against a defense allowing 142 yards per game on the ground.
Jason Campbell (CLE) vs. Kansas City — Campbell, who last started an N.F.L. game in Week 5 of 2012 (107 yards, 1 TD, 2 INT) will take over for Brandon Weeden as the Browns' starting quarterback.

Favorable/Unfavorable Tight End Matchups Favorable Evan Moore (CLE) vs. Miami – Moore has scored two touchdowns in as many games, and now he gets the best tight end matchup in fantasy for Week 3 (20 PPG).
Brian Hoyer (CLE) vs. Cincinnati — He turned in a nice 24-point fantasy day for the two owners who actually started him last week, but that is not likely to happen again against a mean Bengals defense that pinned a 244-yard, 1-touchdown, 2-interception stat line on Aaron Rodgers last weekend.
