"classroom affair" is a correct and usable phrase in written English.
It can refer to a romantic or sexual relationship between two students or between a student and a teacher within the classroom setting. It can also be used to describe any scandalous or inappropriate behavior that occurs in the classroom. Example: The school was rocked by the news of a scandalous classroom affair between a teacher and a student, leading to the teacher's immediate termination and the student's expulsion.
