Importantly, the occupational classification in the present study yields reasonably consistent occupational grouping throughout the study period, and each group has a reasonably large data.
Although there is no ideal cross-comparison between different histological grading systems, we did classify GC according to the WHO histological classification and Lauren's classification in the present study.
Based on phylogenetic classification in the present study, Class I and Class II SDH genes from E. grandis, P. trichocarpa, T. cacao and V. vinifera are located in a tandem manner in their corresponding chromosomes, which provides strong support that SDH Class I and SDH Class II are tandem duplications.
There have not been many previous intra- and inter-observer evaluations (using kappa statistics) of the 3 classifications used in the present study, and a comparison including the present results shows several noticeable features (Table 5).
However, since Horwitz et al. (1986) did not specify which FLCAS items are associated with each construct, the classification made in the present study relied on our interpretation and evaluation based on the description of each construct conceptualized in their research.
In addition, the regional vulnerability factor for Lisbon (∆V R) was assumed to be 0.08 (Teves-Costa et al. 2011) and several behavior-modifying factors for each building (∆V m ) were considered according to the available data, which are described in Tables 3 and 4. The building typology classification used in the present study is shown in Table 5.
The ICF-based classification developed in the present study has wide applicability.
The job classification adopted in the present study has consequences for the internal analysis which deserve specific comments.
Similar classification was noticed in the present study with NaOH, which is in congruence with the report in wheat (Mansing 2010), rice (Vanangamudi et al. 1988; Sripunitha and Sivasubramaniam 2014), urdbean (Chakrabarthy and Agrawal 1990); cotton (Ponnuswamy et al. 2003; Reddy et al. 2008), safflower (Biradar Patil et al. 2006).
Accurate classification was achieved in the present study without any pre-processing of the CSF samples.
