This consistent classification of projects can aid researchers and practitioners in many applications such as enhancing the understanding of how agency decisions, like selection of a project delivery method, impact project performance.
The general steps for each process are image registration, fusion of images in the wavelet domain, dimensionality reduction using PCA, and finally, classification of projected images using a multilayer perceptron neural network (MLPNN).
Figure 4 shows the setup of each project, i.e. the connections between the involved sites 5, while Table 2 6 shows the classification for each project in the site level and Table 3 shows the classification of each project in the relationship-between-pair-of-sites level.
