This is the highest standard in the Supreme Court classification of cases, and it places a heavy burden on the federal government or a state to justify unequal treatment.
In an annotation following the Minnesota case beginning at 123 A.L.R. 515, the annotator places the three cases relied on by defendant (Sandy Valley, Bigham and Sweeney) under the classification of cases involving "grading and excavation contracts". We do not think either analogy is strictly applicable to the case now before us.
This lack of translatability is at least in part due to lack of sufficient standardization in definitions and classification of cases of acute kidney injury (AKI), an incomplete understanding of the natural history of human AKI, and a limited understanding of how kidney injury interacts with other organ system failure in the context of systemic metabolic abnormalities.
Although we have proposed a new method for the classification of cases and the accuracy is satisfactory, there are still many avenues for further research.
However, the insights gained should encourage more widespread adoption of statistical approaches to the classification of cases alongside the application of more sophisticated modelling of activity patterns.

This confirms the validity of the model developed since Aldenderfer and Blashfield (1984) also proved that the accuracy in the classification of cases (indicated by a high hit ratio) is a necessary condition for the reliability of clustering, but it is not also a sufficient condition to affirm the validity of the latter.
Average testing balanced accuracy is the accuracy of classification of cases and controls in the testing dataset (one-tenth of the data) calculated as (Sensitivity+Specificity)/2.
The latter is an heterogeneous category that is not considered a distinct disease entity, but it is useful in allowing the classification of cases not meeting criteria for classical BL or DLBCL.
