These studies involved considerable intervention efforts including individualized counseling, tailored physical activity guidance, individual case manager meetings, supervised group exercise, home visits, additional group classes, loans of exercise equipment, exercise club membership, and intersession support (1– 3, 6), which may not be sustainable in clinical practice (6).
