To explore trends of monomer length in extracted arrays and a possible correlation with copy number of monomers, all 2960 arrays were subdivided into three classes: arrays with ≤2 monomers (634 arrays), 3 4 monomers (1563 arrays) and ≥5 monomers (763 arrays).
