To validate and select specific predictions from our ranked list of 1,338 environmental chemicals, we measured how enriched top-ranking chemicals were for annotated disease-chemical citations in for diseases of interest ("Prostate Neoplasms", "Breast Neoplasms", and "Lung Neoplasms").
