The first reports of anti-TNF-α treatment by protein therapy in CIA indicated that therapeutic effect was observed when anti-TNF-α treatment was initiated before disease onset [ 34, 35] or immediately after onset [ 35].

But, the report concludes, "CIA records indicate that the intelligence that led to Hambali's capture in Thailand was based on signals intelligence, a CIA source, and Thai investigative activities" – not information extracted by torture.
But the report says that "CIA records indicate that in some cases, a central 'purpose' of diapers was '[t]o cause humiliation,' and to 'induce a sense of helplessness.'" Impact on detainees: The report contains numerous references to what impact the C.I.A.'s methods had on detainees.
"CIA records do not indicate any resolution of the inquiry" into those allegations, the report said, in a footnote.
The mineral apposition rate (MAR), which indicates the bone formation ability of osteoblasts, was significant reduced in the CIA-vehicle group compared with the Normal-vehicle group, while OP3-4 treatment prevented the reduction of the MAR in a dose-dependent manner (Fig. 6d).
This is also in agreement with our previous results indicating that the Cia proteins contribute to the development of disease in piglets [ 14].
The inspector general is clear that in some cases "CIA knowledge of allegations or information indicating that organizations or individuals had been involved in drug trafficking did not deter their use by CIA".
Our results indicate that epitope spreading in CIA includes development of autoantibody responses targeting citrullinated epitopes at the pre-boost (pre-arthritis) timepoint, and that there is significant expansion of autoantibody responses to target a panel of citrullinated polypeptides in both acute and chronic arthritis.
Previous work has also indicated that the genes encoding the Cia proteins are induced when C. jejuni are cultured with epithelial cells [ 11].
