Economics are dictating the move towards a low-carbon energy system, say utility bosses like Dominion chief executive, Tom Farrell.

James also rewarded Phips with the post of provost marshal general (chief sheriff) of the Dominion of New England, serving under Sir Edmund Andros.
But as Royal Bank retreats from the market, Ed Clark, the chief executive of Toronto-Dominion Bank, continues his aggressive push to the south.

Mr. Masrani, who was Toronto-Dominion's chief risk officer before he went to the United States, said that turning around American operations was not as simple as just applying the methods used by Toronto-Dominion in its home market.
