To investigate external Ca2+ activation of S-type anion channels, guard cell protoplasts were pre-incubated with the bath solution containing 40 mM CaCl2, instead of 1 mM CaCl2 for 30 min. Whole-cell currents were recorded 3 5 min after achieving the whole-cell configuration.
The optimal allocation algorithm suggested may be utilized to develop a controller which can optimally allocate the ordinary channels and guard channels in each cell of the cluster in cellular network.
