This is a cured, un-smoked salmon, that is very similar to lox, with one huge difference: spices.
We propose here to write LOX to consider LOD, LOI and LOA.
Since at least 17 LOX genes were expressed during different stages of apple fruit ripening (Supplementary Figure S8 and Ref. 24), most of which changed little, the overall LOX enzymatic activity probably remains relatively stable throughout ripening.
Changes in LOX activity could be involved in the disturbance of adipocyte function in obesity.
This result suggests that changes in LOX expression, as well metabolism of AEA via this pathway, may influence nociceptive processing.
N-3 and n-6 PUFAs in vivo can influence breast tumor cell growth by simultaneously competing for the same metabolic pathway (COX and LOX pathway) to change the balance of tissue eicosanoids, the transcription mediated by nuclear factor κ B (NF-κB), and signal transduction mediated by the mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) etc. [ 7- 9].
Specifically, after consuming a meal, the duration of time that the mouse was satiated was decreased (satiety ratio), the total number of pellets consumed was increased, and the duration of time between meals (intermeal interval, IMI) was not changed for Sox2- Cre: Errβ+/ lox mice, but IMI was decreased for Sox2- Cre: Errβ lox / lox mice (Table 1).
To date, five isoenzymes belonging to the LOX family have been identified, including LOX, LOX-like1 (LOXL2), LOXL3, LOXL3 and LOXL4.
The first group corresponds to type1 LOX, and the groups 2 and 3 corresponds to type2 LOX.
During the culture time the basal levels of Lox were not changed; stimulation by T3 was already established on day 4 (4-fold) and increased to day 12 were it was 8-fold (Fig. 4A).
