Changes in template design should be feasible because these changes should be spared from the barriers to change that impact the many other non-clinical factors related to the use of imaging studies[ 16, 20, 22].
Such a method means that any unexpected change in the template resulting from, for example, the release of a new version of the dataset then inherits the risk of breaking these scripts.
The existing transcription process would only need a change in the template recognition site of an RdRp to a DdRp polymerase (Fig. 5B).
Another possible cause of variant repeat synthesis could be the change in telomerase template usage caused by mutation in the catalytic telomerase subunit TERT (Sykorova, Leitch, et al. 2006).
