Assuming mid-range estimates for climate sensitivity, 450 CO2e ppm would give us a roughly 50% chance of limiting temperatures to 2C according to the last IPCC report.

But so far, countries have not committed to the emissions reductions required to give a good chance of preventing temperatures from exceeding that limit.
