Cell cultures were prepared by seeding 50 μl of constantly mixed cell suspension into 8-well chambers (cat no 734-0402, BD Falcon, VWR, Göteborg, Sweden) prefilled with 450 μL NBA and incubated in humidified incubator holding 5% CO2.
