Since the intial model obtained 1.8% CER, the removal of first/second order ( and ) derivatives leads to an absolute CER increase of about 2%.
CER increased quickly during the rapid cell growth phase, while it began to decline once the cells entered into the late cell growth and stationary phases (Fig. 6a, b).
