Induction of the expression of the five GH7/CBHs, the AA8-AA3_1/CDH and three AA9/LPMOs (contig11611, contig11611 and contig12466) at day 3 on AVI suggests that the efficiency of L. arvalis in the breakdown of cellulose could be driven by the sequential secretion of oxidative and hydrolytic enzymes.
