Microscopically, in type I lissencephaly the agyric cortex is mostly composed of four coarse layers: a molecular layer, an outer cellular layer, a sparsely cellular layer and a thick inner cellular layer [ 7, 8].
Our work can be divided into several parts: (1) The outer cellular automaton (CAO) model is established to solve YBAP, and the inner cellular automaton (CAI) model is established to solve SAP.
