With a specially designed cell, we were able to monitor in situ the change of relative ac susceptibility during charge and/or discharge steps.
By using the same detector gain to collect all emission spectra from a given cell, we were able to directly compare background-subtracted emission spectra data and avoid complications in interpretation associated with normalization of the data.
Based on previous morphological investigation and the size of cell, we were able to recognize the expression and distribution of the KIFC1-like protein in spermatogonia or spermatocytes (Figure 3B).
Within a single petiole cell, we were able to identify regions of differing MT alignment with consequent variation in crossover density.
We counted fluorescence signals in at least 100 nuclei, then we calculated the average signal(s) number per cell; we were able to confirm the previously reported results, even the assessment of the heterozygous patterns.
To investigate nat3Δ downstream effects on the cell we were able to quantify 2580 proteins (excluding quantified proteins outside the 95% confidence interval) and subjected proteins displaying a more that 3-fold change (i.e. less than 100 proteins) to a network and cluster analysis.
