If the cell network goes down, so does the link between the car and the operations center.
From this network, we noticed that genes involved in TGF-beta signaling pathway, such as THBS1, PITX2, ID1, RBL1 and INHBA, were at the center of the network, linking cell cycle, cell communication and cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction pathways together (Figure 6).
