Cell color shows relative frequency.
It also houses various formatting options like cell color and borders.
To more clearly visualize the crash types occurring in high proportions, we used a highlighted table: the darker the cell color, the higher the percentage of a particular crash type was.
We used white cell color to indicate non-collinear genes and green cell color to indicate collinear genes with the second-lowest E-value.
They are reported in Additional file, Table S1 but are indicted by a red cell color.
Gene symbols in the UID column have been color-coded to designate genes with increased expression in the inflammatory samples (purple cell color) and genes with increased expression in the normal-like samples (green cell color).
