In our study, 12 of the 77 metachronous CTGCT were diagnosed in non-seminoma patients treated with platinum-based chemotherapy (PVB 3 patients, BEP 7 patients, EP 1 patient, VIP 1 patient, CEB 1 patient).

Nuclei, HMM and LMM pellets were resuspended in CHAPS Extraction Buffer (CEB) [50 mM Tris/Hcl pH 8.0, 150 mM NaCl, 5% glycerol, 1% CHAPS, 2 mM EGTA, 1 mM DTT, 1× Complete™ (Roche)] and equal amount of proteins were analysed by Western blotting as described above.
