The frequency distributions of the calculated numerical MDR values are displayed based on nine categories of deviation using 0.01, 0.1, 0.2, 0.5, 2, 5, 10, and 100 as borders of the group categories.
The models with the exponential temperature transformation (lags 0 1) and categories of deviation of normal maximum temperature (lags 0 1) fit the data least well among these single meteorologic metric models.
The resulting double mutants were initially grown on standard media and the fitness of each double mutant colony assessed by computational analysis of colony size and classified according color-coded categories of deviation from the median colony size following the criteria (see supplementary Fig. 5).

The category with second highest support received a deviation score of 1, and the other two categories received deviation scores of 2 and 3 points, respectively.
Table 4 shows some of the scores together with the sample means and standard deviations for each category of infection.
The risk of perinatal mortality was greater in twins than in singletons at the same deviation from the ideal category of each plurality.
