The RNAMute package allows a comprehensive categorization, given an RNA sequence that has functional relevance, by exploring the patterns of all single-point mutants.
The following categorization is given by Hakanson ([1980]) for E i : E i < 40 demonstrates low risk, E i = 40 to 80 moderate risk, E i = 80 to 160 considerable risk, E i = 160 to 320 great risk, and E i > 320 demonstrates very great risk.
The following categorizations are given by Muller ([1969]) for geoaccumulation index: Igeo < 0 indicates unpolluted, Igeo = 0 to 1 unpolluted to moderately polluted, Igeo = 1 to 2 moderately polluted, Igeo = 2 to 3 moderately to strongly polluted, Igeo = 3 to 4 strongly polluted, Igeo = 4 to 5 strongly to extremely polluted, and Igeo > 5 demonstrates extremely polluted.
But categorization gives a different slant".
Step 2: Categorization of the answers given by participants.
The categorizations given in Table 4, regarding the number of people affected by natural disasters, was retrieved from the EM-DAT database [30].
The categorization of journals by Thomson ISI is based on the citations received and given by each journal with clustering in 21 scientific fields and a miscellaneous/multidisciplinary category.
Another division (usually combined with the preceding ones) is given by the character of the names themselves; in a very broad categorization, names of persons, or personal names, are discerned on the one hand, and names of places, or place-names, on the other.
Through a categorization form, each judge attributed a number for each subcategory for each of the answers given by participants.
More surprisingly, the linguistic descriptions given by subjects within language also failed to correlate consistently with their memory and categorization performance in the relevant regards.
