Definitions of clinically meaningful diagnostic categories, procedure categories, and admission indications were developed by consensus by a group of four pediatric oncologists (HR, FO, KK, MS) and a pediatric oncology surgeon (EK), all but one with experience in clinical processes through formal professional development.
